After the “Search for Meaning” in 2013 and “Representation and Narration” in 2014, “The Seduction of Colour” is intended as a continuation of this research around the theme of the narrative, on that particular human mindset belonging to the everyday life the helps to recall and represent those events that affect us not as they actually happened in reality, but how we re-build them though memories.
Main character in this exhibition is Colour, as an instrument that represents a meditative universe of geometry, signs and symbols.
The exhibition, organized in collaboration with the Art Gallery Bandini of Cecina, includes seven large paintings and different tabloids, smaller micro-format works.
The exhibition is set within a shopping center which falls outside the typical places with the intention of bringing the works to a wider audience.
A special thanks goes to Valter Geri, manager of CONAD supermarket in Donoratico where the exhibition takes place, for the sensitivity and closeness demonstrated towards the cultural activities in the area.
